改编的风格呈现了遥远的教宗作为人的复杂性，评价两极，哪怕是神启，哪怕是之前的丘吉尔，但相应弱化了体系内的银行贪腐/儿童性侵事件。前教宗笃定教义的逻辑，追求真理，后教宗更加开放和简朴，即使互相不能说服，却能够在change的时刻达成和解，太智慧了！
