「尚武主义」起码较之「实用主义」更多了一份对英勇战死者不论成败的尊重，当然电影对于「力与美」几乎变态般的推崇近乎「腐女」视角，让一般观众适应不能。而除了对薛西斯大军近乎「历史白痴」般杜撰外，对「政客」及其体制的蔑视，国王和贵族出征保家卫国的形式，也在讨好当代的主流价值观。
